Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at vincent.dhw73@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vincent.dhw73@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
