Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship from China to the United States via international express carriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on all orders to the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
